Noloss, I assume FD decided that this current plan (listing the Aqua division soley) would yield the best valuation. It is also possible that their advisor Arctic told them that also. My guess is Solomon pushed back against splitting up the company. If there is any blame I suppose it belongs on Solomon for wasting our time and not listening to the experts he hired. Why they don't do something in the short term like a buyback (and yes I believe they can find a loan for this) is incomprehensible almost malpractice by our CFO if you ask me.
