Nice article. No where in there did anyone advocate for a recession to the broken MMAR system. There is a definite progression in the way Canadians want regulation. The government , I'm almost certain will take the safest approach , because legalization is mentioned in the thrown speech in the same context of community safety and tackling organized crime.
Any one of the above mentioned models , except the Colorado models are good in my favor. For the same reason the MMAR was abused, I think there needs to be strict regulations that prevent free enterprise from abusing a new system, and focuses only on profit and consumption without community responsibility.
