actually there will be more like 1.5mil shares in the trading float to start trading. i cant remember how many shares the unsecureds are getting, however i know total # shares actually being issued is around 7mil between previous shareholders, unsecs, and other parties. (would have to dig those up out of the POR to get exacts). about 50-60% of the shares being issued to previous cprk share holders are in cert form. now once those get converted to electronic shares, the float will go up, but total number is 3.68 million iirc going to old share holders. there will of course be 10%+ shareholders that have restrictions on their shares that helps things as well (and to help us keep the NOLs in tact as well as some other things).
the remaining 3million shares are being kept in a kitty if you will call it as use for future deals, offerings, etc... remember the company cannot issue additional shares without shareholder consent for a period of 3-5 years (forget the # again, its been a while since i read the POR).
