What kind of credibility do you think management has now after the filing Friday? I will give you a clue...did you see the price action in the stock.

If the number one rule of trading is to always protect your principal (base) investment so you can live to fight another day then betting on a trade with a very small upside potential and a catastrophic downside risk is not a good strategy. Although anything can happen this stock has a much greater chance of cratering further than it does of bouncing back even slightly. Proceed with extreme caution..
