I hope I'm wrong, but I think it's finished. It looks to me now like a TOTAL dilution scam.

They MAY have a card up their sleeve to dump more shares but I doubt it.

I hope they move to OTCBB/pinks soon as actions like this tarnish the NASDAQ.
