The Board of Directors do not understand how dysfunctional management of the company really is. Colatosti created a monster when he brought his buddy Mike here. Anyone who understands the tech and has abilities in areas that exceed his, he squashes. Mike has never been held accountable for his lies and deceit. He should not hold the position of CEO and Chairman of Board.
Even if this deal is great for Biokey the sad fact is no one believes anything that comes out of this co anymore. If it were any other co, we would prob be trading north of 30 right now.

You have t change your script Mike. At Imperial presentation could have easily recorded any one of the last 40 ccs over the last decade and played it back. The leader in biometrics that every hospital, the FBI, and the world uses but still can't make any money.
Investors were told that we would be definitely be getting recurring revs from FBI, then learned from others in the know that it was in fact ONE time licensing fee.
Mike will never sell to the world because his ego is so big that he has to control every sale, dot every I, and make every presentation even if he is fos and doesn't know what he's talking about.
I think Mahnken's sole role is to stroke his ego on a daily basis.
What do u do Scott as Director of marketing? Does the world know that FBI uses BIO-key tech?
How are u getting the word out? NEWSFLASH-can't get the word out on BIO-key website. No-one looks at it!!!
Except maybe a few beaten down investors that are clinging to a prayer that something of significance might be there.

We agree on some things (pps won't go anywhere w/o sales, we've both posted about that before) and we disagree on some things (the significance of the CGG deal, we've both posted about that before). Anything I say now would simply be repeating myself.

You do raise an interesting question, I wonder what I would do if BKYI announced something on Monday that propelled the pps to 30 cents. I can't say for sure, but I think I'd view it as an opportunity to make a lot of money rather then a temptation to pick up some quick money, but who knows?
