All you need to make money is shares. That is what a pump and dump is. Someone collecting shares and then promoting it. Or it could be a real investor buying.
A lot of tiny OTC companies are not very good, it's rare to find a good one. Hang on to the good ones :-)
It was more than one person.... That I know for sure. Personally... I believe it was insiders who know what's coming. My second guess is front loading for a hot stock pick.
However... A third possibility is a potential buyer of the company bought up some shares.
