If you read my full post, you would see that's what I said...that it's up to the buyer to decide...and as far as Walmart goes, your comparing apples to oranges..haha...Walmart doesn't promote their low quality products as high quality. They just sit them out there for people to buy..it seems like you didn't get the gist of my post
