I was informed by an e-mail that the DOJ Appealed the day before the payout to JPM was to be made.
Who would know this information of the payout date other than JPM and the DOJ? So was there a leak from JPM to the large LTW Holders of the payout date?
You could be right that JPM has agreed to settle quietly with the large LTW Holders if it thought there would be no lawsuit filed against it from the other LTW Holders.
Until JPM receives the Award our hands are tied. Now with the DOJ Appealing Judge Block's ruling it could be another year before there is a payout to JPM from the DOJ.
It's not likely he has given up - and I'm quite certain he has connections to other large LTW holders.
I also find it odd that he did not update us with news that the DOJ Appealed and oddly stated on the board that maybe we won't have to file a lawsuit against JPM.
I think you are right and that we have been shafted and there is an Agreement between certain large LTW holders and JPM. Why else would JPM convey the date it was to receive the payout of the Award to certain LTW holders?
