In my opinion, the reason that Goulden wanted Patten so badly is he sits on all of those different boards in LA. He can use his pull and connects to get Goulden into the LA Metro area. In addition if Patten is flying under the Greenline banner, Goulden could use Patten for access to any DBE contracts out there.
How IENG fits into the big picture is a mystery. Zimbler could have just sold off the assets to Goulden, and delisted from filing to hide the fact.
Now that would hurt him in the long run because that pr they put out says they will show in their filings. doesn't matter what the figure is, the key words are will show in filings.
Now to go and delist from filing will make that pr a fraudulent statement. Unless they file using alternative method.
Another interesting fact is TCA filed the lawsuit here in Florida instead of the home state of the corporation. That tells me that I can file suits against companies domiciled in another state right here in my home state providing I can show that they conduct regularly transactions here.
May not use that provision on IENG, but there is a couple of other tickers I may go that route on.
