Insiders don't have tons of shares because they are responsible to the shareholders and don't just issue shares to themselves willy-nilly. Rather, they are forced to earn them by hitting performance goals. So, what's the problem with that?
Lol. Other reasons for a divi other than lining management's pockets.
These guys went from nothing to Nasdaq co with real revenues and earnings. Gotta expect them to take some cash off the table along the way. I have to guess Jim and team aren't super rich (I think there was a rumor going around that Jim lived in a trailer when this was on the OTC) so a couple $100k probably means a lot to them, especially in those early days...
They wil hit milestones, build a huge co and make plenty of money. They don't need a ton of stock today. This ain't no penny stock scam where insiders own 99% of the co. Jim makes everyone money! Can't expect him to work for free while everyone else gets rich...
JJ maybe you need to design such an award winning web site design that the whole world would have to take notice and start buying us as fast as they can go. How about that as a contribution to the cause?
If they are selling for pennies then someone on the other end ( buyer) is making one hell of a purchase! Either way it would have to drop to unrealistic levels to get to that point and it will only be going up on average. If some of them do sell they are still making large gains at current levels.
