It not any of us here they are pulling the sell to each other until new buys come out to minimize losses. If the SeC were to investigate they would banned but reopen with another name days later. Soon as they get their fill and minimize their losses to the point of them being happy then the stock will finally be allowed to move.
Best bet for everyone is either to buy now and hold long or just wait them out and keep on radar.
