I disagree. If an extension was filed, it has to be made public as it is a material event. Also, the meeting in the 15th is to as for additional shares to be made available for dilution. So, things aren't all good here, and it really is t clear what direction this is heading in at all. However, that being said I am hopeful and DO think they have something to offer that is valuable...they do however need to figure out how to bring down manufacturing costs and lower operational losses
