Uh huh, I read that and to the benefit of all, CDOCI and Affiliate Marine will perform under Arendal with the Caldive marks and have all the executory contracts they want, Caldive lives and peeps in the Gulf really are not going to know otherwise that anything has really changed. Corporate Caldive (CDI) still has ownership of the marks and Arendal has paid up front for the use of, so CDI isn't going any where but closer to a restructuring plan, not chap 7 liquidation, nor canceling commons.
