Regarding the Financial Report from March, the share count was accurate as of that time only. It would be very nice to see something get updated now as it stands.

One word of caution though is some or all of these shares could be part of a deal arrangement and the shares might not be tradeable. We are simply in the dark on that until we find out what the shares are exactly for. Larry has a chance to tell what the new shares are for and I will share what he tells me about them. Many of us have stuck through thick and thin holding this stock so he should share that info IMO.

Not happy about that finding, but at same time those shares could be to close the Dalian Project. If so I am OK with that. Just would like to know what new shares are for.
