The only negative about the last conference call was that nobody asked about up listing.

In previous conference calls Bruce had said they were actively pursuing it.

I don't believe any limitations currently exist for Canopy.

The last time I researched it and I believe Bruce covered this two Q's ago - I think he wants to save the cost of uplisting until we are cash flow positive. Meeting the regulatory (filing) requirements were supposedly pretty costly.
