Here is the CDII chart. It looks like they should be about done selling those shares. You can tell by the chart here. CDII should bounce big soon and hopefully it will help all those who got in at multi pennies. 320 million OS has churned big time all the way down during dilution. If you do the math they should be about done here soon.
