Hudson Valley Investment Advisors is a different entity than Hudson Bay. The former recently bought shares (this year)....the latter was granted shares from the law suit settlement and sold earlier this year. Hudson Valley is located in Orange Co. and Hudson Bay is in NYC. Either a big coincidence or they are somehow related. But being different legal entities explains the share count changes over time.
