I spoke to the CEO of WWEN via telephone today. He said that the audits were about half done to date.
As for the AMEX... The requirements for the AMEX are guidelines and they are not set in stone. He feels that with the orders and the need for their product, they should have no problems with the application process, and moving to the AMEX, once the audits are completed.
He also said that the 100 BBD plant was about a month from completion. Once it was complete, the biodeisel samples would be provided to each letter of request. If accepted, then the letter of requests would be signed as purchase orders. He also said that they will build a 1,000 BBD plant next, and then the 10,000 BBD plant.
He also said that if you are looking for quick cash out that this is not the stock.... This is a long termer. The audit/AMEX process could take a few months.
IMO this stock is a double digit stock once it leaps to the AMEX and releases PR's with rev's and purchase orders.
