There have been many times when a company does a R/S and it holds its value. If TBEV does do a R/S and they come out with decent news. It may very well hold its value.
Last time they had no major events going on and the pps tanked. I find it hard to believe that someone would give a $450,000 (BRIDGE LOAN). Followed by another $4 million plus. If the company did not have some MAJOR PLANS.
