I completely agree. Did you see that 3,500 bid flash for a about 15 minutes. Someone is waiting to add a nice amount. I bet he's not the only one.

-Uplist to OTCQB, bringing in more MM's and real investors, within the next 1-3 days
-Possible shareholder update with updates.

All with a float of 250,000. With shares locked, I'm guessing float is under 75,000.
