Like I said AFLAC sales folks are Independent Contractors and thusly receive a 1099 form from the IRS at the END OF THE YEAR...

Many because of this form number refer to INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS as 1099 employees...

SO, ORT's contract is not with the sales FIELD folks it is with AFLAC CORPORATE..

THAT IS THE POINT... as to why these individuals need to be contracted and licensed with each Carrier and product they represent... Including: ACA products...

Yes ORT does have an actual contract directly with AFLAC for use with their individual contractors who sell for them.
