Dividend is worthless as soon as shares are available to sell, the NO TRADING AVDX shares will plummet 95%.

Even worse is since they didn't get "tax-free spin-off approval" from the IRS - this is taxable at the AVDX share price when the dividend is distributed (IF EVER) and the taxes will be more than all the ARYC/AVDX holdings are actually able to be sold for - ROTFLOL
