Should've asked them if they're happy with the settlement.

And why they decided to settle NOW instead of waiting a few more months.

Well I'm just in total shock that they would settle with ZTE for $21.5m
Perlman should not be taking out cash compensation after this fiasco!!
I voted NO on their compemanation plan -- wish everyone had!!!

This company has about $36m of cash after the ZTE deal and is trading at $24m market cap...

How's that "restoring shareholder confidence" going fellas??!!??!!

I don't fully trust this because if it was true then it should be in a press release.

VRNG received 21M which only represents 5% of the market and VRNG will expect to monetize the other 95% during 2016 and beyond. VRNG has no debt and cash on hand to continue operations for multiple years. VRNG has 500+ patents ... Flicharge, blah blah blah.

No PR, then uncertainty, something doesn't add up here.

No PR from ZTE either?

ZTE is notorious for PR antics. if they got off with only 21M they would be having a parade down the streets of Beijing

Hoping they move on others in infrastructure soon

Just spoke with Cliff , he says expenses will be down drastically and they have 4+ years worth of operating money

no royalty from ZTE, 21.5M is it

he confirmed ZTE is only 5-6% of the infrastructure market and they will try to negotiate licences with others without litigating worldwide
