Ahh, he was in charge of MIKP and put out misleading PR's and faulty financials.
Pretty sure having the same man who was suspended by the SEC in charge here is entirely relevant.
As far as the CC goes he didn't say anything that matters anyway. "We want to do this" or "want to do that" is fine. That's how the crooks survive. His PR's never say much in the realm of any details so he has learned. You really believe listening to that CC that uplisting in 90 days or international interest? Come on. Newbauer is a penny crook IMO and will milk this with all he has. Card due out in a few weeks. Any progress on anything? Didn't get any in the CC.

The CC was all forward looking fluff. He never once mentioned anything in the present except for some local coffee shop in which he probably gets coffee.
Listen to it again when you can and tell me anything that pertains to the "now". I mean card date release, schools or organizations signed on, retailers signed on, bank details, how it's being paid for, dilution after 2015, etc.
All the stuff shareholders needed to hear never came. Nothing.

Well, let us see....

The PRs in question were for the 'ServeNation School Fund Raiser Card Program'. Which that company of Mark's had just repossessed from ADCS, NWAV's former ticker but same CEO, for non-payment (kind of funny that Mark couldn't pay himself).

SchoolFuel is an exact copy of the ServeNation business model, which MIK* holds the patent on according to Mark himself.

And Mark has thrown around some of the same outrageous sales potential numbers here, just worded slightly differently than he did on that company's PR.

OH, and he did multiple CCs, all of which have since disappeared.
