Correct, The Transfer Agent cant do anything for you individually if you own shares through a broker, you need to get your broker to call them. As for getting your broker to act, not sure what to tell you. They work for YOU, you pay them, maybe start looking for another one once they finally get it done.

Wes 1 I have been talking to them daily and they keep telling me they are working on it. I think they are stalling till they find them again, they are telling me the same thing. (see note)

We have no update since the last message sent to you. We are aware of the bankruptcy settlement and currently working with the transfer agent for Copper King and researching if any shares are due from the bankruptcy. We have not yet received these from the agent and will have your portfolio updated immediately once received. If shares are due, this could take a matter of weeks as they are not making electronic delivery. They are sending certificates via physical mail which can take 4-6 weeks. We appreciate your patience through this process.
