Sterling according to their latest Q the O/S is

As of November 19, 2015, the Company had 517,518,598 issued and outstanding shares of common stock (including 53,172,835 shares of issuable common stock)

OTC markets had it at 677mill. Now we know the R/S would have cut this by 10. But i wonder which is correct. If we use the latest Q numbers wed have a new O/S of 53mill. If we use OTC numbers wed have a new O/S of 67mill. Both extremely low for where this stock is sitting, but curious to know.
