an R/S would've had sp go up, giving a chance for the Toxic share holders that got their shares at 0.000009 to dump.

I think FINRA refused.

Since R/S is no longer an option, there is no way for the Toxic holdes to make $, unless they come up with another trendy idea to try to prop up this POS and hire promo people.

I think this one pretty dried up.
