I think saying the company has put out nothing in 2 years is patently false. They have come a long way in that two years (not going to issue links for what has been posted here innumerable times), and have issued news to that effect on many occasions.
If you are using company history regarding news flow, then why wouldn't you expect press coming? Look at the press they have issued in the past. I am thinking they will wait until the new year to allow weak hands to exit before resuming the press flow. Maybe before the end of the year to stimulate the appetite.
I am basing the stock price moving up on the expectation that they will continue improving their bottom line and eliminating debt, and will begin issuing news to this effect at a time of their choosing. It makes me laugh when folks show concern for the SS here. Even a 1.6b fully diluted A/S (based on the investor report posted here weeks back) can move powerfully if the press is right,and we are nowhere near that figure in terms of the SS.
As for the price going down, the summer months and lack of press from the company have been the culprit (as I've stated many many times). But given the fickle nature of the OTC trading community, the same downtrend caused by the quietude from the company can become an uptrend based solely on perception (hence the move we saw off the bottom from .006 to .018).
