8k hype about lender is not going to happen .
They will file with the same old TOBY and Mike humor about how they are a going concern and anticpate something SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON as always is the case with TBEv.
IMO TBEV is not going to amount to anything but more share selling and I hope the owners do not get away with it much longer .imo
