Let's settle this once and for all, shall we?

SLTD due diligence 101 if you will

In 2010-2011-2012-2013 SLTD was a pure three-dimensional cell developer.
No revenue, no net income. Only dilution, dilution, dilution....

The SUNworks acquisition announcement came in on November 6, 2013.
http://www.solar3d.com/view_news.php?Id=67

So the closing price of November 5, 2013 represented Pure SOLAR 3d (development with the potential revenue stream from licensing). Anything after Nov 6, 2013 represents their installation/integration side.

The price at the market close on November 5 was 0.41 split-adjusted (or measly 0.015 in 'old money (!!!) ).

And by the way, during the last month before the announcement the average volume was 9126 shares.(23 trading days, 209900 total shares traded between Oct 6, 2013 and Nov 5, 2013). Not the most spectacular interest in this stock, either.

After Nov 5, 2013, SLTD became solar integrator and shifted gears and the direction the company is headed. Some people on this board claim JN didn't stand up to his "promises" (even though he didn't promise anything). They claim JN should have run the company to the ground, they don't believe there is such a thing as change of business operating model etc. They are probably the same people who still walk around with their walkman and use rotary phone and ask an operator to connect them with another party on the call etc.
However, despite the love of rotary phones, JN changed direction of this company.

Today despite 2015 being not the best year ever, SLTD closed at $2.96 (or 11.3 cents pre-split).
2.96 / 0.41 = 7.22 or about 622% INCREASE in the PRICE PER SHARE since JN changed the direction this business is headed.

Some still claim he made a bad call... I personally think that people who call 622% increase a bad call are not worth debating with. If this doesn't prove JN right, nothing will.

In addition, please consider that at the end of 2013, the company had:
10K in cash
0K in net receivables

47K in total assets
3495K in total liabilities

Compare it with the numbers at the end of the most recent quarter. The company had
9296K in cash
8660K in net receivables

24769K in total assets
7917K in total liabilities

I dare you to ask me about average volume in the last 30 days (Nov 9 through Dec 8, 2015). Ok if you insist... Total volume was 4133191, average daily volume was 196818 (21 trading days, including friday after thanksgiving). (May have gotten that wrong, someone please check my calculations here...)

Say WHAT? Not only JN increased price per share by 622%, he also increased interest in this stock by 2100%? Gosh, what a lousy CEO.

I think that even though $2.96 closing price is impressive if you compare it with two years ago, the potential of another 3x-5x in the next couple years is extremely high. SLTD had 0.06 cents income per share just in the last quarter. If they just keep doing what they are doing, there is no near-term end to their growth.

Please correct me if I'm wrong with any of my math. I told you earlier that I'm personally about 25% in the negative on my overall investment in SLTD. However, based on everything I mentioned in this and other posts, I don't think I will be in the negative territory much longer.
I think the first very solid building block to a new wave of growth will be upcoming Pro-forma 10Q (that will show even better financials). Every company's recent newsletter mentioned they are targeting more acquisitions. Just like Carl always says 'Good morning peeps' and Chiinkwia always says 'Tanakia', I always say in regards to this stock that the true party hasn't even started yet.
