Completely agree PNEW, we don't have financials but we have a very firm floor. I believe it was PA's exact intent to set a price baseline when he realized the financials would still be under wraps for a longer period of time.
Why would a firm increase shares by almost a billion (common and preferred), set a price floor and keep financials a secret? IMO, they have a very large deal(s) to make and are setting the stage.
Only thing is-- The company says they will buy "up to 100 mil shares"
So they could buy 1 share and say that's all we're buying and still fulfill the PR.
Just so everything is clear- Not a great PR by any stretch- Next week unless PBLS offers some clarity to shareholders you'll see a real test of the supposed floor. IMO-
