FACT: The short shares have to be bought on open market. Any issuance of shares is not, and, in fact, they proved unwilling to allow the large shorts in to cover through direct placements.

But then I doubt that you dont know that simple difference.

Pretending to play dumb is sometimes a very convenient strategy to make ones point, generally speaking of course.
