I have just asked the company to choose a transfer agent that does not make a secret of sharecounts of the companies it represents. I have just received the following reply to an e-mail I sent yesterday. It looks is if it is not the company selling shares.
"Our share structure has not changed so far. I stated that additional financing will be completed through private placements and/or loan convertible agreements, however, this has not been done yet and will only take place after the official closing of our main financing, which is scheduled for beginning of August as I have explained.
I will be preparing a public address within the next couple of weeks as to inform everyone where we stand and how everything progresses."
