I can't predict Brazilian regional bureaucracy, nor the financial abilities of CEOTA, a non-profit.
I originally bought stock out of interest in the trucking program. I believe it's going to take some time before the company decides which venture is best to concentrate its efforts on. Have you read the analyst report from MN1 ?

During the interveiw yesterday, they stated they were waiting to have the renewal of the Brazilian agreement which was being reviewed bu their Attorney's, I would expect this to happen within a week at which time the other contracts will be signed. I'm looking for the News to happen rapidly within the next week to 2 weeks.
