Austin, the loan is not closed yet - that should be simple enought to figure out. Why do you need NVEI to spell it out in a PR for us? Tech devlopment is still in prototype stage, nothing to exciting about that. If something was actaully 'accomplished' they would surely annouce it since it would be the only good news they have had in ages. Do you think they would hide earth shattering news? So its safe to assume nothing has been accomplished yet. VERY simple stuff. Childlike simplicity.
When progess is made, they will let us know. It could be days or years from now. When it happens we will no; so far nothing has happened. The onus of proof is on them.
