Here's an incredibly accurate article on last year's pump and dump on WSTI that mentions the brochure. You may be able to find it through an Internet search.

Best description I've seen yet on why not to invest in these stories, "That’s not how real businesses work. If you have an incredible technology, but little capital, private equity investors will happily fund you. You won’t try to do it in some underfunded corporate shell which tempts crooked financial writers to write fantasy."

Make believe. Basically, little if anything of the very long, expensive, glossy promo was accurate. It was very clearly an orchestrated high budget pump and dump. I don't like Seeking Alpha and the like, but most every negative written word can be proven as accurate...it also doesn't help that Bates filed a response to one article that was also false and misleading. All,the Hotstocked and S/A articles are available, like it or not, they are painfully accurate.
