I don't think that's the case. I believe TSA did shoe up and that's why wegot that PR last week (Best PR ever for this company from a shareholder's point of view). TSA shipment was the last piece that they needed before they could move ahead with that kind of announcement. That meeting was schedule for that week for a reason, and the reason was a successful FAT. JMHO.
