Don't really think those quotes help a great deal. Some people here are trying to at least add some dots together, dot's given through a variety of outlets, many of which are highly regarded, be it connected personnel or industry releases/literature. It is not to say everything is 100% given, but at least there is a collection of clues to go on and people are willing to invest and accumulate on that as the evidence grows.
Your view seems to be based on well i can't see it so it's not true until it's officially in the filings. You may be right factually, but it seems absurd to neglect the back end work being done to this point that will give investors the reward they are looking for if/when that filing appears. Sure, you can sit there and twiddle your thumbs and then jump in when the news breaks but i am pretty certain you will not only have to pay a premium, but you will not be able to get the size of holding the last few years of research has allowed prudent investors to accumulate.
You have spent an awfully long time, many years in fact analyzing this stock yet rarely (to my limited knowledge) holding it (or at least admitting to holding it) and you must be here for a reason.
