There is no bad news read the filings, just updating numbers from years back. Likely an old accounting error on the insiders shares. It has nothing to do with NETE today if you read the information in the filings! Looks like they are referring to 2015 and 2012. It is insider shares. It read that they will allow insiders to purchase shares about 3 million. Nice incentive plan from what I read through.
