The 10K showed that there was insider selling and buying going on, now since they showed that they are doing so during the period covered, its obvious that they still are by looking at the trades.. Yes, its not millions of shares, but enough to drive the price down.
I get that they want to get paid, but when they put out PRs stating that they are getting millions/billion of financing dollars there should be no reason to dilute or sell shares.
