I dont know all of the particulars but it doesnt make any sense to me that the CEO who has weathered the Lonza storm would continue to just dilute. If he's selling shares its probably to further the Novaderm development. Things cost money. If he needs a particular something to develop the product, its costs money. Silence in the OTC realm is not golden, if nothing else he should update his shareholders about whats going on. On the other hand, if you bought shares retail, then its a gamble, since the company doesnt see any of that action.
