I certainly hope you are right. Maybe I'm reading too much into the tea leaves, but how on earth could a small biotech bleeding cash launch another major trial? Is this new trial a sign that we're close to closing a deal with BP? Wildly optimistic, I now, but just a thought.

I agree SS and certainly this is not a time to panic as I have to think that there is a sort of "wink and nod" going on to allow short covering, shaking out the weak hands and obtaining the necessary cheap shares in order for the shorts not be hurt too bad. I can't believe that any rational entity would be short at this time without some assurance that they would be allowed to get out in an orderly fashion...i.e. not a victim of a short squeeze. Yet it is hard to believe that 30M+ shares can easily cover. For sure, my advice is to hang on, don't panic, sit back and try and "enjoy" the show. Yes, it stinks for retail investors who have don't have all of the information needed to make logical decisions and strategy. It is a tough time if someone is relatively new to this stock and can be taken advantage of. IMHO of course.

We think alike. The recenter short covering and manipulation of the sp all point to one thing: a sale. I would love to know how the shorts get access to information the rest of don't have. They must pay their sources in the company quite well.
