Need 3 years if El Nino to end drought

Yes will agree they got a whopping sniw fall in mountains, abd that's key...vut under stats its underperform prior El Nino events according to NOAA.

I was expecting by now we'd be seeing massive mudslides and flooding on news daily...we did see some in late Oct. but not so much since then.

Point being its not turning into the deluge some had thought and might put sone bids under water technology stocks.

Still early in season, but so far nit the historic rain event some were expecting.

Keep eyes on FSI CDZI CWT WTR to see hiw sector trend as a whole goes.
