Thanks for clarifying on my behalf. I am a bit tardy in checking the board today.

It is not deep DD to know who is responsible for handling legal representation for WDDD in both the Activision and Bungie cases. This information has been represented in a variety of places including this discussion board. I was, quite frankly, surprised that I had to correct the poster to whom I responded. In any case, you probably handled the clarification better than I would have. Thanks!
