Isn't Nomura and RBS done? They were contemplating on an appeal, but didn't file.

Both cases are pending.

The Nomura Holding America Inc., RBS Securities Inc. defendants lost their case to the FHFA on May 15, 2015 and filed a notice of appeal on June 10, 2015.

The Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC and certain related entities and individuals is pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

There is no information indicating that these defendants have paid a settlement amount to the GSEs.
