it depends on their fiscal year end, but there may be some taxable events they would want to record in 2015, and others in the new year, rather than doing it all at once.

plus, if i were the SIRG boys, i'd want to make some runnin' around $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ for the holidays. ;-)
