I buy phyzz all the time day or night and it's delivered within a week

Pardon my confusion here. Is someone saying they have trouble acquiring physical silver? How about ebay? I buy 10oz bars all the time and have them delivered directly to my mailbox. Delivery is anywhere from 3-7 days. What's the problem?

Like I said it was the last time I checked and that was a little more than a month ago on the APMEX site. Delivery times and premiums do vary but it was not the first time I have seen 30% premiums from that retailer

Cant one just go to a pawn shop and buy phys? To avoid premiums?
