Says whom? Do you have anything to back up that assertion? A link etc to a pacer, a name of the legal firm etc?
It would make sense that they (Sussman) are since its the SAME CASE. It would make zero sense from an execution perspective and even an agreement perspective to hire separate counsel. Sussman understands all the issues etc, why would Worlds hire separate counsel for effectively the same defense?
I would beg to differ until I see proof otherwise. I see this comment on other boards as well with nothing factual to support it.
