Temperance Distilling has all the approvals from TTB/Government and is willing to ship to any state with the proper approvals per TDC.

Once LVGI signs, Temperance Distilling has all of LVGI's information and SLAM documentation for production. There will be very little back and forth from Temperance about requesting any additional information from LVGI.
